How a partnership runs

One path from brief to handoff.

Scope, capacity, confidentiality, delivery, review, and communication are agreed in order — before any capacity is promised.

Brief & capacity

Confirm the brief and the capacity before anything is promised.

Deliverables, access, decision owners, and reviewers get written down, then checked against real capability, volume, and turnaround. No standing promise of unlimited production, instant starts, or fixed throughput.

No volume promised before qualification
What you gain
A scope and capacity check completed before your agency commits anything to the client.
What we do
Write down deliverables, access, decision owners, and reviewers, then confirm capability, volume, and turnaround against the accepted brief.
How we assess it
Compare the brief against available capacity before qualification closes — no standing promise of unlimited production or instant starts.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality and ownership are agreed first.

A mutual NDA is signed before briefing. Deliverables, files, and reports carry no VividCraft mark, and the team can work from an agency-branded email address when needed.

What you gain
A signed NDA and a clear ownership line before any client detail is shared.
What we do
Sign a mutual NDA before briefing, remove VividCraft branding from deliverables, files, and reports, and work from an agency-branded email address when needed.
How we assess it
Check every deliverable, file, and report against the agreed white-label and disclosure terms before release.

Delivery

The agency leads the client relationship.

VividCraft stays behind your brand. You consolidate direction and approvals; we deliver the accepted scope and surface blockers early.

Scope changes trigger a price and timeline review
What you gain
One accountable brief with dependencies, revisions, cadence, and acceptance criteria documented.
What we do
Deliver the accepted scope behind your brand and surface blockers early, instead of at handoff.
How we assess it
Track delivery against the documented acceptance criteria, and route anything outside scope through a price, capacity, and timeline review.

Review gates

Review gates match the risk of the work.

Quality criteria, reviewers, and acceptance steps are set per scope. Strategic, brand, compliance, and production review stay visible — never compressed into a vague "done".

What you gain
Visible strategic, brand, compliance, and production review, instead of a vague "done".
What we do
Confirm source material, brand rules, claims, and access before production, then check implementation, tracking, and copy before release.
How we assess it
Document defects, corrections, and learnings after release, with the final decision owner still clear.

Handoff

One channel. No mixed messages.

Your agency stays the client-facing owner unless an exception is documented. Requests, status, risks, approvals, and reporting move through the agreed channel and cadence.

How we assess it
Review the communication channel and cadence against the agreement, and flag any exception before it becomes routine.

Partner fit

Agency qualification is its own process.

Capability, volume, confidentiality, communication path, quality assurance, and turnaround get defined together — before anything is promised.

For agencies that keep the client relationship and need dependable delivery behind their brand. Every partnership starts with a mutual NDA and a written brief.

How agency pricing works

A custom quote, billed the way your agency sells.

There are no public agency rates. Every partnership gets a custom quote after qualification, built around the brief and the billing model that fits how you charge your clients.

Per project

Best for: One-off builds, launches, and fixed deliverables.

One quote for an accepted brief, with deliverables, review rounds, and timeline written down before work starts.

Monthly retainer

Best for: Ongoing campaigns and recurring production.

Reserved monthly delivery for the channels and cadence you agree, reviewed as your client roster changes.

Per end client

Best for: Agencies that price each client account separately.

A set fee for each client account we support, so your margin per client stays easy to see.

What shapes your quote

  • Scope and platforms in the brief
  • Number of client accounts and deliverables
  • Turnaround window and review rounds
  • Access, tooling, and reporting requirements

White-label by default

  • Mutual NDA signed before any client details are shared
  • No VividCraft branding on deliverables, files, or reports
  • Our team can work from an agency-branded email address when needed
  • Your agency keeps the client relationship and final approval

Agency pricing questions

Why no published agency rates?

Agency work varies too much by scope, volume, and turnaround for a fixed rate to be honest. You get a custom quote after qualification, before you commit to anything.

Can we mix billing models?

Yes. A launch can be quoted per project and then move to a monthly retainer or per-client fee once the account is running.

Is client ad spend or software included?

No. Ad spend, software subscriptions, and creative production stay on your or your client’s accounts and are billed separately.

Partner evidence

Agency-specific proof is not yet published.

Pending approval

Permissioned white-label evidence is pending. Direct-client claims, anonymous testimonials, and founder-reported numbers will not stand in for an approved partnership example.
